Your Visit

Some information that should help to answer your queries...

Below is some information on the sorts of queries that many of our new patients ask us. If you can’t find what you need, please refer to the relevant service/treatment areas.

Alternatively, please call us on 01234 823621 or email via our Contact page.

Can I bring someone with me?

Our current guidelines are for patients to visit on their own when possible. If you need or would prefer to bring a companion, we would just need to ensure they also wear a mask and have had no symptoms of coronavirus in the 10 days before the appointment and have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms in the 14 days before the appointment. A parent or guardian should accompany children to appointments and the same rules would apply. At the moment we are asking that only one parent or companion attends.

Do I need to bring anything for my child?

We often see children in the practice and make every effort for everything to be as child-friendly as possible. We're afraid that we currently have no toys or books available so please bring some along to help entertain your child during their treatment. Some young children like to lie down throughout their session and enjoy being read to by their parent or carer, whilst others like to sit up and play with toys. Young babies can be breast or bottle-fed during treatment, and we have nappy-changing facilities on site. Please explain to your child that their practitioner will be wearing PPE (mask, apron and gloves).

Where can I park?

Free parking is available at both practices. You can park in front of the Bromham practice, or on the road outside. At Towers, there is a large car park with spaces available.

Can I get in touch between treatments?

Yes – please feel free to contact us between appointments if you have any questions or concerns.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that we can use that session to help someone else.
