Emily trained for 4 years at the European School of Osteopathy, qualifying in 2024. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
What influenced you to become an osteopath?
I first became interested in osteopathy following a gymnastics injury. I’ve been taking part in gymnastics since I was a small child, and unfortunately during my teens I injured my back. I went to see an osteopath who really helped with my back injury and inspired me to follow a career in osteopathy.
When did you join the team?
I joined North Beds Osteopaths in April 2025.
What do you enjoy most about your role at North Beds Osteopaths?
I enjoy the variety of patients and problems that I can help with, no two days are the same. Being able to help different people with all sorts of injuries and concerns is very rewarding.
What specialist areas of practice are you particularly interested in?
I enjoy treating patients of all ages, but having previously coached children’s gymnastics, I am particularly interested in paediatric osteopathy. I also really enjoy treating babies.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
I have done gymnastics since I was little and I still train every week. I’m a very active person and also enjoy playing rounders and going to the gym.
