What influenced you to become an osteopath?

I have wanted to become an osteopath since I was a young girl. What first started my interest was when I saw how osteopathy helped my mum recover from low back pain. From then on, I knew which career I wanted to follow.

When did you join the team?

I joined the team in April 2017.

What do you most enjoy about your role at North Beds Osteopaths?

I enjoy working with a team of great practitioners and reception staff in a calm, positive environment.

What specialist areas of practice are you particularly interested in?

I enjoy treating all patients and have a special interest in neck, TMJ (jaw) and shoulder problems. I am trained in dry needling and Kinesiotaping and can use these when needed alongside osteopathic treatment.

How do you like to spend your spare time?

I really enjoy spending time with my family and young daughter. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, I run and cycle regularly and took part in my first triathlon in 2021. I also like to bake and try new recipes and foods.
