Fees are payable on the day of treatment and can be made using debit, credit card or bank transfer.

We use “Jane Payments” to process card payments. Please be aware that any card payments to us will show on your bank statement as “Jane Pay”.

If you haven’t been to see us before then please book an Initial Consultation appointment. Following this we will advise you on any further treatments needed.
If you have been to see us before but it has been over 12 months since your last treatment, then you will likely need to book a Revisit appointment. This is a longer appointment which allows your osteopath time to review your health, assess your problem and begin treatment.

We allow up to 60 minutes for Consultation and Revisit appointments and up to 30 minutes for Treatment appointments.

Revisit

Follow-up Treatment

30 minutes

Adults: £55.00

Child under 14: £48.00

Insurance Claims

Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re planning to claim the cost of your treatment from your insurance company. We regret that we are no longer able to accept new claims for AXA, BUPA and AVIVA, but can provide receipts so you can claim back the cost of your treatment.
