Why did you decide to come and work here?
I enjoy admin roles but also love interaction with people. This role has lots of both. I also wanted to work within a friendly team who are passionate about helping people.
When did you join the team?
I joined the team in June 2023.
What do you enjoy most about your role at North Beds Osteopaths?
I enjoy working within a friendly, happy team. I also love that I am involved in something that enables people to enjoy life and to get back to doing the things they love to do.
In what ways do you most help the patients who attend the practice?
I hope to make new patients feel welcome and at ease from their first contact with us, to when they arrive for their first appointment. I understand from personal experience that it can be daunting when attending somewhere new and I enjoy helping to make visiting the practice a positive experience for all our patients.
How do you like to spend your spare time?
I love open water swimming, particularly through the winter months. I also enjoy kayaking and walking our dog. When I’m not spending time with family, I can spend hours happily reading a good book or watching a Netflix series.
