Why did you decide to come and work here?
I live locally and was lucky enough to find a role at North Beds Osteopaths, where I can make use of my customer service and office skills and be part of an incredibly friendly and caring team.
When did you join the team?
I joined the practice in November 2018 as a Clinic Assistant and then took on the role of Clinic Coordinator at the end of 2021.
What do you most enjoy about your role at North Beds Osteopaths?
I like how patient focussed the NBO team is, we’re here to help and I enjoy seeing patients leave happy and feeling better. I love how osteopathy isn’t just about fixing aches and pains, it’s about having a positive impact on peoples quality of life and overall well-being. It’s a pleasure getting to know our patients and seeing the positive effects of their treatment, and I find looking after our patients and helping our team to flourish very rewarding.
In what ways do you most help the patients who attend the practice?
I enjoy making everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and I like to think we go the extra mile to help. We strive to offer a very personalised and high level of customer service at North Beds Osteopaths and are always looking for ways to improve our service and better support patients, ensuring everyone feels well cared for.
How do you spend your spare time?
I’m very sociable and family focussed, so I like to spend my spare time with family and friends. My partner and children keep me busy and I also love swimming, reading and baking.
