Why did you decide to come and work here?
I live locally and was lucky enough to find a role at North Beds Osteopaths, where I can make use of my customer service and office skills and be part of an incredibly friendly and caring team.

I joined the practice in November 2018 as a Clinic Assistant
What do you most enjoy about your role at North Beds Osteopaths?
I really like how patient focused the team is here. We’re here to help and I love it when our patients leave happy and feeling better. It’s a pleasure getting to know our patients and seeing the positive effects of their treatment.
In what ways do you most help the patients who attend the practice?
I enjoy making our patients feel comfortable and welcome. I like to think we go the extra mile to help, ensuring everyone feels well cared for. Whether that’s being flexible with appointments, finding out the relevant information for each patient or putting the kettle on, I try to make sure everyone leaves smiling!
How do you spend your spare time?
I’m very sociable and family focussed, so like to spend my spare time with family and friends. My husband and two girls keep me busy and I also love swimming, reading and walking my crazy dog!
